Gibbs Marsh Equine was founded with a commitment to high quality, practical veterinary care. The practice has grown rapidly into a multi-vet team serving pleasure horses and international sport horses alike.

We are based at Gibbs Marsh Farm in Stalbridge, North Dorset. Our outdoor arena and clinic support a wide range of services, from routine care and lameness investigations to gastroscopy and regenerative therapies.

Richard Hepburn brings nearly two decades of experience as a specialist in equine internal medicine.
Dicky is an American Specialist in Large Animal Internal Medicine, an RCVS recognised Specialist in Equine Internal Medicine, as well as a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
